Order and Payment
PAYPAL

PayPal is a secure internet payment method and takes only minutes to set up if you are not an existing customer. PayPal is the only method available to overseas purchasers.

OFFLINE PAYMENTS

Northants Rainwater Systems Ltd accepts both UK cheques and Postal Orders. If you wish to pay by one of these methods please select the appropriate method in the shopping cart. It is recommended that you print your order for future reference. For cheque payments, your order will be dispatched when your cheque has cleared.

DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Northants Rainwater Systems Ltd can now accept Debit and Credit card payments online or by phoning the office on 01604 877775.

Postage and Packaging
All orders will be dispatched within 7-21 Days of receiving payment (with regards to cheque payments within 7-21 Days of the cheque clearing). We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. In the unlikely case that your order cannot be dispatched within 7-21 Days, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Most parcels will be dispatched Royal Mail or Reputable Courier Companies. Online tracking is available for all orders.
